Think Ahead is run by a team of dedicated Trustees, all local people affected by strokes either as survivors or carers.

The management experience of the Trustees reflects the diversity of their backgrounds.

The Trustees are appointed by the group, following elections, at the annual general meeting. The committee is reviewed each year. The group meet each month to assess, and decide, on group policy, and debate the effectiveness of current activities. All decisions are made collectively.

The committee is currently chaired by Mike Aspinall an original member of Think Ahead
