Peer Support Programme |
|

| |
 The Peer Support Programme will partner stroke survivors and their carers with a specially trained peer supporter to provide one to one information, advice and support about living and recovering from a stroke.
Each peer supporter is someone who has experienced the affects of a stroke on a survivor’s life.
