Think Ahead is managed by a team of dedicated Trustees, all local people affected by Stroke, either as Stroke Survivors or Carers.

The Trustees are appointed by the group members, and the Board of Trustees is reviewed each year. The Trustees meet each month to assess and decide on group policy and debate the effectiveness of current activities. All decisions are made collectively.

The management experience of the Trustees reflects the diversity of their backgrounds and is currently chaired by Mike Aspinall a founder member of Think Ahead.
